OUR POLICY ON REGISTRATION AND
CANCELLATIONS ARE LISTED BELOW. PLEASE READ THEM AND CHECK THE
APPROPRIATE BOX.
Water Management Specialists
Policy on Registration and Cancellation of training classes.
1. Each student must
have a completed registration form. If more than one person is coming
from the same company, then please submit two applications.
2. A telephone
registration will provide a 10- day courtesy hold until the registration form
can either be mailed to our office in Moody, Texas.
3. Payments must be
received prior to beginning of the scheduled workshop unless prior
arrangements have been with the business office.
4. Water
Management Specialists limits it's class size. Once a reservation has
been made, that seat is considered "SOLD". This removes that seat from
the available seats that are available. IF YOU DO NOT ATTEND THE
WORKSHOP AND DID NOT CANCEL THE RESERVATION, THEN YOU WILL BE BILLED FOR THAT
SEAT IN THE CLASS. (This is done because your reservation kept
us from selling that seat to another student.)
5. Our cancellation
policy is if a cancellation by the student occurs prior to 10 days from the
scheduled class, a refund less any expenses incurred, such as advanced book
mailings will be made. If the class cancellation is done prior to five
days of the class, a 50% refund will be make. ANY cancellations within
four days or any "No Shows" on the day of the scheduled class will result in
NO REFUND being issued unless prior arrangements were made.
6. In the unlikely event of
Water Management Specialists canceling a class, ALL STUDENTS will receive at
their option a Rescheduled date or a full refund.
7. WMS charges $40.00
on all returned checks for any reason. In the event a check is
dishonored by any financial institution and no prior arrangements have been
made, WMS will not certify the student to the TCEQ.
Should you have any questions or concerns on
our policy please feel free to call our office and discuss them.
