WMS ET-Based Irrigation Scheduling Software - This software runs on a Microsoft (TM) template and is a comprehensive irrigation scheduling software tool. You simply input the Precipitation Rate, the GPM of the zone, and the water cost per gallon if you know it and it will automatically calculate the following:

	Generates an irrigation schedule on a monthly basis
	Run time in minutes
	Total GPM consumed for the day, week, or month
	Total estimated water bill for the day, week, or month
	Has an adjustment bar to make changes due to site conditions
	Gives you a % adjust number so you can adjust the entire irrigation controller, regardless of how many zones, on a monthly basis by simply changing one button.

In addition, the software has the following:

	Precipitation Rate Calculator
	Water Costing Calculator
	Residential Bidding Software
	Latest version of Pipe Charts and Water Meter Charts
	ET Charts for the State of Texas
