WMS offers customized training at different levels. These customize training are broken down into three different categories:
WMS currently has over 33 different courses of work that have already been developed and can be easily modified to address or meet a specific group, company, or entity. This type of training will provide the client's employees or invited guests with a targeted and specific message or information. This program can be presented in many different venues and locations. The manuals and corresponding data can be customized to meet many different time frames, dates, and events. We have multiple instructors and presenters. We have the capacity to provide these services in multiple languages.
WMS can provide a TCEQ authorized training course to a specific group, company, or entity. However, there are many restrictions to this type of training that are non-negotiable. Listed below are items that cannot be altered or modified in any way. 1. The course cannot be modified in any way in either content or hours 2. The location of the course must be a "Neutral" location and cannot promote any irrigation related products 3. The training must be provided by an "approved TCEQ" instructor 4. No outside training material can be introduced into the TCEQ approved class 5. The course cannot endorse any specific products or manufacturers 6. The course must include the manual that was authorized by the TCEQ for the course 7. All attendees to this type of course shall meet all of the requirements established by the TCEQ or used in the approval process for this course WMS can provide a self contained TCEQ authorized training class to specific groups of individuals. This historically would be for a group of five or more students. The training program will comply with all TCEQ requirements but will be restricted to the client's employees or their invited guests. We will utilize a location that is mutually agreeable and is in compliance with the TCEQ standards. The scheduling on this type of class can be on any days of the week or week end that is mutually agreeable. However, in no case will the custom class have less hours than the class was approved for. Currently the Irrigation Technician course can be offered with a Spanish Speaking instructor.
WMS can create a wide array of customized training for their clients as long as the course criteria are directly related to the "Green Industry" and is not contradictory to any regulatory agencies such as OSHA, TCEQ, TDLR, etc. With these types of courses the client has all kinds of options to customize their corporate message to their employees or invited guests. These classes can have customized training manuals, customized software, etc. and targeted speakers, and presenters.
