Welcome to the LICENSED IRRIGATOR web page of Water Management Specialists! Welcome Texas Licensed Irrigators! This is your portal to the Continuing Education Units or what we commonly call CEU's. As you are aware the TCEQ requires all licensed irrigators to obtain Eight (8) hours of CEU's each year to be eligible to renew your irrigator license. The latest law changes make the majority of all irrigators license expire in two (2) year increments. For the next 12 - 36 months, every irrigator will have a varying requirement of hours based on where the TCEQ assigned them. Once this process is fully implemented, it makes it quite easy. Every irrigator will need a total of 16 hours (2 years worth of CEU's) to be eligible to renew their license. Every irrigator will have a different renewal date. The TCEQ has published all of the irrigator's CEU renewal data and basic information published in a data base. To access and view your information click on the following link. (Although the agency went through a formal name change from TNRCC to the TCEQ, some of the websites have not been changed) WWW.TNRCC.state.tx.us/enforcement/csd/index.html Once you get to the TCEQ's data base, simply follow the instructions on the screen to pull your information up. Water Management Specialists is constantly up-grading the CEU workshop's that it offers. To comply with the TCEQ standards, all CEU workshops must be approved by them and must have what is called an "RG-373" application document. This is time taking process, and cannot be sped up.
