Current news and updates......

Hurricane Ike

Our thoughts and prayers go out to those fellow irrigators and families that have been effected by hurricane "Ike".  As we are all in the water business we have a better understanding on just how much damage can be done by water.  We have a CEU program designed to help out those irrigators in the impacted area with their CEU's.  Please click on this link, "Hurricane Ike" for more information

TCEQ Changes

There have been many changes to the irrigators' licensing program.  There are two new jobs that have been created in the irrigation industry.  They are a "Irrigation Inspector" and a "Irrigation Technician".  These and many other changes will have a direct impact on every irrigator doing business in Texas.  To view highlights of these changes you click the TCEQ Changes.  To view the most current listing of all the TCEQ rules you can go to their website:  http://TCEQ.......

WMS Changes

We are changing our training format to adjust and provide a better service to the irrigators in the Texas market place.  We are modifying some of our classes to address the changes brought on by the rule changes as well as to address the many new issues these rule changes will bring out via intended or un-intended consequences.

Water Conservation Workshops for End Users

Beginning this fall, WMS will provide monthly workshops and seminars to the end users of  commercial and institutional properties.  These will focus on steps and management practices that can be done on site to reduce the amount of water consumed on their properties.

WMS Design Software

The most recent version of the WMS design software will be released on September 29, 2008.  It has been totally re-done with many new features added.  It complies with all of the new TCEQ rule changes.  It has been greatly expanded and will meet or exceed many of the challenges irrigators will face when complying with the new required permitting process.  If you have purchased a copy previously, drop us an e-mail so that we can get your free updated copy to you.  Some of the new features are "Watering Windows", "Micro-Climates", "Irrigator Check Lists", and many more.....
